Connect Claude

Birta is published in Claude's directory of connectors, so you add it from there. Connectors are available on the free plan (one connector) and on Pro, Max, Team and Enterprise.

  1. 1. Add Birta from Claude's directory

    Open the Birta card in Claude's directory of connectors and add it to your Claude. There is nothing to type: the card carries the connection details already.

  2. 2. No card in the directory? Add it by hand

    In Claude, open Settings → Connectors, click Add custom connector, enter a name — for example Birta — and paste this address:

    On a Team or Enterprise plan an owner adds it once under Organization settings → Connectors, and everyone else just connects it.

  3. 3. Turn it on and allow access

    In a chat, click the + → Connectors and turn on Birta. The first time, Claude opens a Birta page in your browser: sign in with the one-time code sent to your email or with your Google account, and allow access. Claude keeps its own access after that.

  4. 4. How it works

    Claude works on a draft of your site: it writes the pages file by file, starting from scratch or from a copy of a version you already published. Nothing reaches your site address while it does, which keeps serving the version you published last and shows nothing at all until the first one.

    Claude publishes the draft itself once it considers the work done — you do not have to give it the go-ahead. It comes back with two addresses: your site address, which is the live site, and that version's own address, where you mark what you want changed straight on the page.

    Tell Claude what to change, or leave remarks on the version's page and say you have — it makes the changes and publishes the next version.

    Want to look before it goes live? Say so — ask Claude for a draft first and it gives you the draft's own address and waits for your word. The draft keeps that address round after round, so you refresh the page you already have open.

  5. 5. Check that it works

    Ask Claude to list your Birta projects. If it can see them, the connection is ready and you can ask it to publish or update a site.
