Birta

Connect another tool

Your tool is not in the list on the left? It can still work with Birta — anything that can use connections can. You do not have to know which kind of connection yours needs; the tool works that out itself.

  1. 1. Paste this into your tool

Send it as an ordinary message, in the chat or the terminal you already use:

Read https://birta.dev/llms.txt and connect yourself to Birta. If you can't connect on your own, tell me exactly what to open and what to paste.

The tool reads our instructions, works out how it can connect, and takes it from there. If it cannot set itself up — most chats cannot — it tells you exactly which setting to open and what to paste, and then carries on.

  2. 2. If it asks you for an address

Some chats are configured by hand: open their connection settings, add a new connection, name it Birta and paste this address:

    https://birta.dev/mcp

The first time it is used, Birta opens in your browser: sign in with the one-time code sent to your email and allow access. The tool keeps its own access after that — there is no key to copy or paste.

  3. 3. Check that it works

Ask your tool to list your Birta projects. If it can see them, the connection is ready and you can ask it to publish or update a site.

Nothing happening at all? Tell us which tool you are using — we add the ones people ask for.
