Leave remarks on a version

Every version, a draft or a published one, has its own address. Open it, click the part of the page you mean, and leave the remark right there. Your agent reads it and changes the draft to match.

  1. 1. Open the version's address

Your agent hands you this link after every round of edits. It stays the same for the whole round, so the tab you already have open keeps working.

Sign in to Birta to open it. On a project with open links, anyone holding the address can open it too, no account needed.

  2. 2. Click it, and write the remark

A bubble sits in the corner of the page. Click it, then click the heading, button or paragraph you mean. A field opens right there.

The remark becomes a numbered pin. Reply to keep talking on the same spot, or mark it resolved once it's handled. Tell your agent «do number 3» later, and it knows exactly which one you mean.

  3. 3. Hand it to your agent

Tell your agent you left remarks. It reads every thread on the version, the text, the author, where it's pinned and whether it's resolved, then changes the draft to answer them.

It cannot post into a thread or resolve one itself. That stays yours, in the browser.

  4. 4. Remarks stay with their version

A new draft opens empty. What you left on an earlier version stays there for as long as that version exists, even after you publish, roll back or start a new draft.
